9. Audio/Visual Release & Recording Rules

- Our Right to Record: By participating in the High-Potential Professional program or our events, you grant LC Academy the perpetual, worldwide right to record your voice and likeness (in photos, videos, or audio) and use it for marketing, broadcasting, or promotional purposes without further approval or compensation.

- Your Restriction on Recording: You are strictly prohibited from recording, filming, or capturing any audio or video footage of our programs or sessions. Violators will be required to delete the footage and may be immediately removed from the program without a refund.

10. Force Majeure & Emergency Situations

- Force Majeure: LC Academy is not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes acts of God, natural disasters, fires, pandemics, wars, terrorism, strikes, government restrictions, power outages, or cyber-attacks. In such events, we will make our best efforts to provide a Replacement Program (RP) or Varied Program (VP) where practical.

- Emergency Situations: If an unpredictable emergency situation arises (separate from Force Majeure) that disrupts or prevents us from delivering the program as scheduled, LC Academy reserves the right to pause, reschedule, or modify the delivery format of the affected sessions to ensure the safety and continuity of service for all participants.
